Local Government Association Queensland (LGAQ) President and CEO visited member Council’s #SouthernDowns #Goondiwindi, #WesternDownsand #LockyerValley

The visit highlighted our strong civic leaders with their communities well and truely at the centre of their world’s!

All these Council communities and others are dealing with a devastating drought the likes of which many have not seen before.

The support of our Association on the ground and in lobbying at a Federal and State level was very welcomed!

If you want to make a contribution go and support these communities as a tourist, spend some money in the towns and show them you care.
